The Importance of Self-Care and Beating Impostor Syndrome For Entrepreneurs
Self-care is a priority, not a luxury!
When you work for yourself, the only person looking out for your welfare is yourself. So in order to avoid entrepreneur burn-out, it is essential to make sure you have a self-care regime.
This mini course will help you build your self-care toolkit.
It will also help you understand your self-doubt and combat your impostor syndrome, so common in people who work for themselves.
This is Module 4 of the How to Entrepreneur with Ease course, which can be purchased as a whole, or each module individually if you want to complete the course in stages. Each Module can be taken individually or in conjunction with others.
